Are there any hidden charges?

None at all, we work just like any other store. Which means that the price you pay for the things you keep will be just the same as in any other physical store.

Can I have the box delivered to my work place?

Absolutely, just log into your account and add the address – in fact you can save several delivery addresses on your account should your preferred delivery address change from time to time.

Is the return process complicated?

We think it couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is log into your account select the items you wish to return, pop the sticker on the outside of the box then drop it off at any collect+ store or choose Interlink Express as return option and we will automatically book in a collection for you the following working day.

How much does it cost to sign up with Muddy Creatures?

We do not charge any signup or membership fees. Our advice as well as delivery is complementary and you only pay for the items you decide to keep.

Can I add more than one child to my profile?

Of course you can – you can add as many as you wish! Once you have created the adult profile you can add as many children with all their individual personalities and preferences you like.

Is it possible to decide or see what will be in my next box?

Unfortunately not, however this is part of the concept. We use all information and preferences we have in order to make the box fit you and your child’s wishes.

What's in it for me?

We are here to help you saving time and worries over your child’s wardrobe and make clothes shopping a joyful rather then stressful experience.

How would you categorise the brands you stock?

The majority of the brands we stock are from Scandinavia, however it has proved too difficult to avoid moving across the borders with so many precious brands in the US, Spain, France and UK. It is essential to us that the brands we stock are made for children allowing room for play, exploration and comfort and to still look good.

Do you stock organic products?

Proudly most of our brands have an eco-friendly mindset and the vast majority use organic fabrics. If this is important for you too then please tick the eco friendly box during checkout.

How many pieces will be in each box and how often do you send them out?

Usually you will receive between 20-25 items per box and we suggest requesting a box 4-6 times a year to keep up with the growth of your little one.

Want to avoid the hassle of having to remember to reorder? Not a problem, just tick the “Repeat order” with your desired interval during check-out. We will always get in touch with you for confirmation before sending a new box your way.

Why don't you offer the service to older children?

Being a young company we have opted to keep our age group from newborn to 4 years’ as a starting point. However, we do intend to gradually increase our age range over time – stay tuned.

When will I pay for the goods?

When you sign up to use Muddy Creatures we will ask you at check out for a 1 GBP deposit in order to authorize the card. Only after the end of the 10 days try on period will we take full payment for the items kept and an invoice will be sent via email. Our payment solution is provided by Braintree a Paypal company.

When will I receive my box?

We call it speedy-gonzales!! All boxes will be shipped in 1-2 business days after your request has been received.

When do things go into sale?

None of our stock will go into sale, we wish to sustain a loyal relationship with our customers and think one of the best ways of doing this is by ensuring that our prices are saving you worries over future deductions.

Will I have to stay in all day to receive the box?

We work together with DPD/Interlink Express as we believe they offer the most seamless service. You will receive a 1 hour delivery slot and be able to track your driver 15 minutes before delivery.
